What is ICAS?

The International Council of Amateur Sports (ICAS) is a non-profit, non-political, non-governmental organization whose initiatives are aimed at developing international humanitarian cooperation and friendship throughout the world. The ICAS was created following the execution of a written instrument documenting the World Charter of Amateur Sports on August 3, 2017 – THE ROME CHARTER. Its goal is to unite sports fans all over the world.

The ICAS favours and promotes the existence of healthy competition, friendship and mutual understanding between athletes, regardless of age, sex, race, religion or sporting status.
